My File upload function is giving me errors

    File upload gives me an error every time. I've tried cloning, I've tried removing and using the drag and drop widget, etc. Help!!

    Hi,

    I checked your form and it does indeed crash with your file upload field.  It looks to be due to how it is labeled.  Try removing the special characters from the label.  The parenthesis and colon.

    OPTIONAL SHARE YOUR HEALTHY X FACTOR PHOTO OR VIDEO HERE

    Instead of

    (OPTIONAL) SHARE YOUR HEALTHY X FACTOR PHOTO OR VIDEO HERE:

    When I made that change, the form no longer froze.  Here is my copy that no longer freezes:
