How can I make a specific kind of number on a form...

I am creating a form where I want the number to be in this format

XX-XXXXXXX

Its an employer tax ID number.   Can this be done?

Thank you for contacting us.

You can easily do it adding an Input Mask to the field.

To achieve it , add the field you want to set the input mask and then click on it, click on the Input Mask option on the top tool bar, set the mask and click on OK.
