Hi there,
I am trying to create a descriptive header for my form with clear instructions for users. I have them listed at the top of my form, but it would read a lot easier if I could create separations between lines. I am using my friend's form as a guide:

Hi,
You may want to use the TEXT field (from Form Tools) instead for a more customized Header text.
The TEXT field have its own html text editor that is easy to use to add style and formatting to text.
