How to insert links and line breaks in the instructions on our form?

    Hi there,

I am trying to create a descriptive header for my form with clear instructions for users. I have them listed at the top of my form, but it would read a lot easier if I could create separations between lines. I am using my friend's form as a guide:

Here is the link to my form:

I would also like to include some clickable links. Is this possible?

    Thanks,

    Juliayn Coleman

    Hi,

You may want to use the TEXT field (from Form Tools) instead for a more customized Header text.

The TEXT field have its own html text editor that is easy to use to add style and formatting to text.

Thanks very much! I'm not sure how I missed the 'Text' option, but with
your help I have fixed it! I have been having lots of fun creating this
form and look forward to making more of them.
    Thanks so much,
