I can't find my form I created and it has exceeded I need to update it

Please help! I created a wedding invitation RSVp and it will not show up in my forms folders so I can't update it. The account has exceeded but I upgraded my  account. Please please help!

Confirm us if you want to move your form from the guest account to VPFmarketing.
