Sorry to bother you again, but I've created a new form and on submission the message "This form is currently unavailable!" shows on.
On Preferences the Expiration Date is "No Limit" and the Submission Limit is also "No Limit".
Maybe there are some other preferences, that I have to check?

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.
I did check your form and did not find any issue with that. It seems to work as expected and I was able to submit the form successfully. Please check the screenshot below:
I would suggest you to please test your form again and get back to us if the issue persists.

I've received complaints that the form is not working and tested it by myself, then decided to ask for your help :) It really is working now and that is a mystery for me why it did not work before.
Anyhow it's working now fine.
