    1) Do I need my own https server with trusted certificate to send to approve my form? Cause I thought after approve JotForm will place my form on own server..

    Hi there,

    Actually, you don't need https server to do that, because JotForm is doing it by default. Recently, JotForm completely moved to secure SSL, so you don't need to worry about the secure connection anymore. You can find the detailed post about this feature from the link below:
