Why aren't new additions to our form being recorded in the google document?

    Hi,

First, I want to thank you for this amazing tool.  Because of it, we have been able to create an application for our middle school students that allows each teacher to give students feedback.  When we used this application for round 1 of the applications, all went well.  But, when we had students re-apply again for round 2, the submissions by students were recorded in the google doc but teacher feedback wasn't recorded. Could  it be because I edited the google doc after round 1's submissions?  I am uploading a screen shot of the round 2 submissions.

Please feel free to call me if it's easier, my number is 202.300.3935.

    Thank you,

    Nubia

Thank you for your appreciation to our form builder.

Regarding your concern, I'm not sure how your form works or how your process flow is done. If the submission stops recording in your Google Spreadsheet, you can remove the integration and re-integrate it again. You can follow this guide on how to re-integrate: http://www.jotform.com/help/228-How-to-Integrate-Form-with-Google-Spreadsheet.

If you have changes the column names or the headers, then there's a possibility that it breaks the integration, you can re-integrate it again. When you re-integrate, all existing submission of the form will automatically load on the spreadsheet.

Do let us know if you need more help on this.
