Don't get all survey responses sent to my email

    I've been having too many problems with the survey entitled: Submissions: REIS Program Administration Form.  I don't get all the responses.  This has been going on for quite some time.  I receive some of the responses, then, there will be 4-5 in a row that I don't receive.  My company depends on this form to grant access to a particular tool we offer to our affiliates.  It makes us look foolish when several signups are missed.  What can be done?  I've experienced this with several of my forms now.

    I checked our mail logs for the recipient of your Notification email ( and I can see that all the emails were sent successfully. 


    If you are still not receiving the notification on your end, please try to whitelist the Jotform IP addresses listed in this article: Whitelisting JotMails IP Addresses and see if it will help.
