Narrative Forms

Is the Narrative format (discussed in more detail {http://www.jotform.com/narrative-web-forms/} available? I have found the Narrative widget but it seems much more difficult to use.

   Pollution is one of the serious problems {1:6} us. It is {2:6} health hazard. Strangely

The SINTAX is basically {FieldName:TextboxSize:HinTtext}

Keep in mind: Name of each Textbox must be unique, brackets should be used only to define where the field will be inserted.

In the example above the sintax is:  {FieldName:TextboxSize}  -

Using them in any other way can break widget's layout.
