I was able to replicate mentioned issue when I tested your form on my Samsung Galaxy S4, Captcha field is now showing.
If you turn off reCaptcha option, inside of Form Builder, Captcha field will be visible on mobile devices.
Also you can use some other Captcha widget instead.
I will also escalate this issue to our developers and we will inform you via this thread once this issue is resolved.

This issue has now been fixed. Recaptcha fields on secure forms will work as they should on mobile browsers. Please let us know if you continue to have problems.
