After reviewing your account, I noticed that you are schedule to be downgraded on December 16, 2015. If this is not correct please let us know so we can help fix this.

What does that mean? Have we not already paid till the next billing cycle?
Will you charge again my Credit card?

Since your payment schedule is set at Monthly, your subscription will always automatically renew on the date you started the paid subscription. In your case, it is every 15th of the month.

Your last payment for the subscription was Nov 15, 2015. But since the subscription was cancelled already, it will not automatically renew anymore on Dec 15, 2015 (the next billing schedule).
This means you will not be billed/charge anymore.
This is the reason why your subscription now have a status of
User is scheduled to downgrade.
Your account will auto downgrade to the FREE subscription plan once it expires (Dec 15, 2015)
