Since your payment schedule is set at Monthly, your subscription will always automatically renew on the date you started the paid subscription. In your case, it is every 15th of the month.

Your last payment for the subscription was Nov 15, 2015. But since the subscription was cancelled already, it will not automatically renew anymore on Dec 15, 2015 (the next billing schedule).
This means you will not be billed/charge anymore.
This is the reason why your subscription now have a status of
User is scheduled to downgrade.
Your account will auto downgrade to the FREE subscription plan once it expires (Dec 15, 2015)
