Can't login to the site. looks like it's not even trying to authenticate

It seems you was able to log in, since you was able to post here with the user HaydenNeveaux,however if it's not the user with you are not able to log in, provide us the correct username.

I've checked your account and I was able to see your forms :
Also, I was able to load all of your forms, I'm currently using Google Chrome.
