I want a refund back please I do not want to subscribe to use jotfrom anymore why isn't anyone replying. why is there no phone number to contact anyone either

I checked your account/username dgltravel77 and I found that it was already under FREE plan only. The previous paid subscription was already cancelled and refund had been processed already for the payments.
Please allow at least 7 days for the refund amount to reflect back on your bank account.
