How do I have more than 1 unique question?

Hello, 

In the settings, under "Form Limits", I have selected the unique question option for "ticket #1". However, I have ten ticket spaces on my form, and would like to have a "unique question" ability for "tickets 2-10."

We will be using this form as a raffle ticket registration, therefore, we need to make sure that only one unique ticket number has been entered, and that it CANNOT be re-entered.
