Hello form people,
Some of the users that I have added to my Jotform account have trouble accessing the data. They can login, see the form but then see a list of dates without any additional information. When I login myself and enter the form data, I can see all entries.
Hope you can help.

I checked you account and the form submissions and they are indeed missing all information except for the submissions date.
I have forwarded you issue to our development team for rectification, you will be updated on the status via this thread.

It has been over a week now without any updates from you.
FYI: Removing the users and adding them again allowed them to see the information but when they download the data they end up with an empty file.

Since you have migrated your data to EU servers, you need to use the following link to access your submissions data:
Also, I tried this method for your sub-users and it works for them too. Please, try that one and let us know the results.
