How can I attach a PDF to my form?

I want people to be able to download a PDF and print it out.

If you're looking for a way to have a PDF copy of your form downloaded so submitters can Print it, here's what you can do.

Include a Print Form button on your form. So when your form is loaded by your submitters using their web browsers, they will have an option to Print your form. Clicking the Print Form button will allow your user to print the form. 

The image below shows how the Print Form button works with Google Chrome.

Clicking the button will show the print preview and other print options. There is also an option for saving the form as PDF first or printing it right away by clicking the Change button under Destination.

I want to attach a PDF to my form so that people can download it and print it out.

This is very frustrating. It should not be this hard!!

I have a PDF. I just want to type in some type and then have that PDF linked to that type so that people can click on it and print it out.

There is a line of type on my for that reads: CLICK HERE DOWNLOAD A LIST OF DATES AND TIMES FOR ALTER SERVER TRAINING. 

All I want to do is link a PDF doc to this type so that people can download and print it out.

Can you help me?
