Bronze account limits?

    i currently have a bronze account - if my submissions are reaching full capacity, can  i delete some from the server and make room for more?

    For Bronze plan, you are allowed to receive 1,000 regular submissions, 1,000 SSL submissions and 1,000 payment submissions, all are counted per month. If you are near your submission limit, you will receive an email notifying you about it. If you finally reached any of the submission limits, all of your forms will temporarily be disabled. To continue using the forms, you either need to upgrade to a higher subscription plan OR wait for the submission counters to reset which happens every 1st day of the month. Please note that deleting submissions won't free up your submission count.

    However, this is different from the upload storage space. For Bronze plan, you are allowed a total of 10 GB available upload space. This is not a monthly limit and does not reset, it is fixed on that for the whole account. If you reached your upload storage space, your forms will temporarily be disabled, to continue using your forms you can upgrade to a higher subscription plan with a higher upload storage space OR you can free up your space by deleting submissions with file uploads on them. Please note that deleting submissions is irreversible and will permanently remove the data in our servers. I would recommend taking advantage of the integrations we have like Dropbox and Google Drive to have a real time backup of the file uploads in your submissions.
