Facebook reports unsecure link due to usrfiles.com

    Hello,

I want to share the link to the page that has the form through Facebook. When I click "Send", Facebook shows a message saying that there is an unsecure link "usrfiles.com" that should be deleted.

Is the form generating this link? I didn't have this problem before.

    Thanks a lot.

That is actually caused by Wix.

They create an iframe within which is the code that you add that shows the form, and this is loaded over HTTP (non secure) protocol, while Facebook can only be loaded over HTTPS (secure) protocol.

This is why you get the error.

The actual URL that they reported to you is:

    http://www.wannabillionaire.com.usrfiles.com/html/7d745e_0af7889002a86a0c18a12c42692bd065.html

If you wish to show the form on the Facebook, I would suggest to embed it there directly, instead of loading your website, or to load your website over HTTPS instead of HTTP.

There is no relation between HTTPS of Facebook and the fact that usrfiles.com is opened in HTTP. All of the HTML components in Wix are stored under usrfiles.com and most of the sites are shared easily.

Facebook detects the code inside the iFrame as malicious (probably the JotForm code) and therefore blocks the site. You can try and post many other sites in Facebook that have html component that it's source is usrfiles.com.

Try and post this site (or create any other site with an HTML component): http://elip99.wix.com/ponya.

You can see that the site contains an iFrame that points to http://....srfiles.com and not https and you still can post this site there.

Ben, please verify your support answer next time in order not to create a confusion for your users.

I see that the website is disabled to display to the public at the moment. I'm unable to check the webpage at the moment. However, as I check the iframe URL with usrfiles.com it is displaying the form embedded. When I tried to open the same URL with https, I see that there is access denied error message.

Since JotForm is providing the embedded code with https by default, I believe there shouldn't be any issue with sharing the page. Could you try embedding the form directly in the Wix HTML widget using JotForm direct URL (https://form.jotform.co/52780580494867) instead of using iframe embed code?

Please get back to us if the issue still persists. We will be happy to assist. We also request you to enable the web age so that we can take a look to investigate the issue further.

    Thank you!
