Mobile Forms with Payment Error

    Hello,

I have a mobile form that uses PayPalExpress to accept payments.  However, on mobile devices, when the form is submitted and the secure window is supposed to pop up to complete the payment, the form stalls.  The submit button says "Please Wait..." and that is it.  Is there any guidance on how to get the payment option to work on mobile devices?

I have tried accessing the form via direct link and through an embeded form on my website.

I was able to replicate the issue you're having.

It is possible that the mobile device's web browser doesn't allow pop-up that is why you're stuck with "Please Wait".

Allowing Pop-up blocker, however, will make this work and you will be redirected to the PayPal's page.

I hope this helps. Let us know if you need any further assistance. Thank you.

I tested this with both Google Chrome and Safari on an iPhone 6.  I was successful using Safari after I allowed popups but Google still was unsuccessful.  Thank you for your guidance.

Please try also re-embedding your jotform http://www.jotform.us/form/50535829159160 into your website using its iframe embed code instead.

    user guide: -Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

Make sure you remove/clear first any previous script code of the form before adding it back using its iframe code.

I am suggesting this because when I checked the form on the website, I see some error on the browser's console logs that pertains to script issue between the form and those on the website.

Hope this help. Let us know if issue still persist even after doing this.

    Thanks.
