Is there anyway to have both options of donation and multiple products in payment methods?

Unfortunately the short answer would be no.

There are of course alternative ways that would allow you to do this.

1st - using 2 forms, one for donation and another with products

2nd - using the fields to capture everything and just pass the value to the payment processor
