Hello,
I just have a quick question. I tested one of my forms this morning... the PPC one... and it went to a Captcha image page before it could submit. How do I remove this? I had not set a captcha up. And would not like it on the form
Thanks
Monet

Hi,
Are you referring to your form #52352151131945? I checked and cloned it but I didn't see any captcha.
Did you edit your form already? Here is my cloned form - https://form.jotform.com/53231232673953

Hi Christian,
That is the correct form. There is not Captcha on the actual form... but once I hit "submit" - I get a captcha image... please see the screen shot
Thanks
MT

Hi,
I did a test with a sample submission of your form and it went through without showing the captcha page.
I did an additional test with my VPN pointed so SA so I could use an IP from SA and was able land on the captcha page as you are experiencing.
Are you connecting to the internet via a proxy on your end?

Hi Sammy,
We are not connecting via a Proxy.
As long as the Captcha doesnt show for the US, that would be fine.
Thanks
Monet

Hi Monet,
I checked your site and I noticed that you have embedded the form using its source code. Can you try to re-embed your form using iFrame embed method and see if it will help? To get your form's iFrame code, you can check this article: Getting the Form iFrame Code.
