Hi! I'd like for my forms to populate data based on previous submissions. For example- when a user begins typing information, previous submissions would autopopulate. Is that possible? Please advise.

A way to populate data from previous submissions, is by actually loading the edit link of the previous submission.
You can create an email autoresponder: https://www.jotform.com/help/26-Creating-a-Form-Autoresponder
And, add the edit link to that submission:
If you want to create a new submission (not edit an existing one), but still populate data from a previous submission, it is possible, but not from the database, it is possible through browsers cache.
All you need to do is to enable the auto-fill feature, please check this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/227-How-to-Enable-Auto-Fill-Feature
