Can you please tell us what is the form that you are having this issue with?

This is a very common error if your form is too long, as it can not be recreated as a PDF, which you can see more about here: Fillable PDF - Everything you need to know about JotForm fillable PDF creator

If the form is not long, then something else might be happening, in which case, do let us know what is the form and we would be happy to look into this for you.

New response receivedThank you for your quick reply. I think I have found my
answer to the reason why my form is not being created as a PDF. I have a
significant number of conditions in my form. If you have created a
resolution for this issue, and want to research more, the form number I am
    working on is 52816374695164.
    Regards,

Thank you Kevin for letting us know what is the form: http://www.jotform.us/form/52816374695164 I have checked it and I have tried disabling all of the conditions and afterwards deleting the same, so there were no conditions on the clone of your form, but the same issue was still present.

This means that it is not caused by the conditions.

Looking further into what could be the issue, I see that there are 29 pages of your form, which is likely to be causing the issue.

Now I first deleted most page breaks and left only 10 of them. Then slowly clicking on the Undo button in the toolbar of the builder and was able to create the PDF with the following numbers of page breaks: 10, 20, 24, 27, 29.

What this suggests is that the form is too long to be processed, but if you remove few page breaks and create the PDF (from a different tab, since you must leave the one where the form is opened to have the undo option). Then if it works, undo the page breaks until you are either having the issue or it is being printed out as you intended it.

It seems that as lower number of pages is printed, there is some data left in the server on this request, so when we undo the removal of the page breaks (save form each time before you try creating PDF even if it says saved), the cache is combined with new rendering and it is possible to render it as PDF even if it is longer form.

    Hope this helps Kevin.
