Why is our account disabled?

    We just cleaned out our Jotform but we are but are being told its now disabled

    Your upload space limit has gone over the limit, you can clear space by deleting submission that contains upload files. Make sure to have a backup, you can export them to PDF, Excel, or CSV file: http://www.jotform.com/help/73-How-to-Partially-Download-Form-Submissions-as-Excel-CSV-PDF

    We have empty twice this week and its still disabled. It is empty.

    There are two forms you need to clear:

    Tutt FIle Upload: 102 submissions with uploaded files

    Carefree File Uplaod: 763 submissions with uploaded files
