If I make a jotform a pdf and save it onto our offsite files, can I still get the email notification telling me that the form is submitted?

The form still submits but nothing notifies the sender that it was successfully sent. The data goes through though.

Are you referring to Fillable PDF form?

You need to be online when submitting Fillable PDF form in order to receive submitted data, email Notification and Autoresponder. 

If you are online once form is submitted you will receive email Notification. When submitting offline data will not be sent.  

Also please note that you have to use Adobe Acrobat Reader or Foxit.
