I filled a fillable PDF form imported into Jotform, and when I pressed SUBMIT, a window showed this message:
Thank you, your submission has been received!
Who actually received it?

Can you share us the fillable PDF form?
Also to confirm, is the fillale PDF form converted from a JotForm online form? Or is it a PDF form imported to JotForm using the import tool here: http://www.jotform.com/adobe-formscentral-alternative/#feat-comp?
If the form is a conversion from a JotForm online form to a fillable PDF form, then the recipient email address of the notification setup on the online form will be the one who will receive the email.
If you have imported the a PDF form to JotForm, then I believe JotForm will send you a notification on your JotForm account's email address as mentioned on this pop-up message:
