In the form :
if you try 10 times to order something, 1 time we directly go to the thank you page and dont go to the paypal page.and in the confirmation email i receive of course we dont see any paypal information. -

Thank you for contacting us.
I've cloned your form and I was able to replicate your issue,making some tests I found the origin of it and also the way to solve it,to do it just follow these steps :
1. Remove the current Total de la Commande field :
2. Now, add again the Calculation Widget and also add a Text Field, I will name the Text Fiel as Total de la Commande Calculation :
3. Change your conditions, the output field must be Total de la Commande Calculation instead of Total de la Commande :
4. Now, open the Wizard of the Total de la Commande field, the Calculation Widget Wizard, and add as calculation the Total de la Commande Calculation field.
5. In the Payment Wizard, select the new Total de la Commande field :
Your form will work properly now, redirecting the user to PayPal, you can take a look to my cloned form here, and you can clone it if you want :

The situation is better, but we still have some customer who cpmplain because they can’t access to the paypal page…
So still the same problem.
We need this to be fix or we have to find an other solution.

So far, I can't reproduce the problem.
I have tried several browsers and the form goes to Paypal after hitting the submit button.
Can you please try to re-embed your form using iframe embed code and ask those users to try it again? If they continue to encounter the same problem then the problem might be on their side. Please ask them to check your form using different browser to troubleshoot the problem. I believe there's no problem with your form, it is most likely a user end error or the browser they are using.
Please update us with the result on this. Thanks!

I have tested your form and I was redirected to PayPal.
Please, could you ask your users to tell you how they generate the issue ?
And when you get the steps to replicate it, let us know and we will make further tests.
