    solve this problem i am facing the problem in downloading the uploaded pdf file it is working properly with .docx,.docx format but not with .pdf format

    I was able to see the problem as well when I tried to download the uploaded pdf file for your form http://www.jotform.me/form/52503613904449

    But the problem seems to be due to the reason the file was not successfully uploaded when the form was submitted. So the file did not reach the JotForm server.

    What I suggest you can try is to request from the end-user to re-upload the file and submit the form again. Or you may also try request from them to send to you the file via other method like thru the Email as attachment.
