I have followed the instructions for enabling the IPN on the PayPal side (https://www.jotform.com/ipns/paypal.php), but submissions are still showing as incomplete payments in Jotform. No history is showing on the PayPal side. Customer's PayPal shows "Unclaimed".Page URL:

Follow that guide and let us know if it works.
