Passing values to second form via Thank You Page URL not working

    Hello,

I'm making changes to my order forms so that I can accept PayPal payments.  To do this, I've set up a separate form just to process the PayPal payments which I will specify on all my other order forms' Thank You Pages.  I pass several field values from the order form to the PayPal payment form so my customer doesn't have to re-enter data already input on the order form.

The first time I tried this, it worked perfectly.  Since then, I've been tweaking my test forms to improve the look of screens, etc.   Now, the transfer of field values in the Thank You Page URL no longer works.  I've tried everything I can think of (including clearing browser and Jotform caches), but I can't fix it.   Oddly enough, the phone number goes through, but none of the other fields.

    Please help.

My new PayPal payment form is:

    http://www.jotform.com//?formID=52834694005962

and my test order form is:

    http://www.jotform.com//?formID=53184737463967

    Hello,

I got it working.  I'm guessing that what fixed it is the act of hitting the Publish button on the forms.  I had saved them, but not hit Publish.  It doesn't really make sense, but the passing of field values to my PayPal form is now working.

Great to hear that the values are all passing correctly now.

I'm not sure what may have caused this behavior but if you edit the label names of the fields the names may also change resulting in the data not being picked up/passed to the relevant field.

Do let us know if this problem resurfaces and we will gladly assist.
