How do I choose how many pages of my form are submitted?

My Wedding Contract sends me all of the pages when my clients submit the form.  My Portrait Session form only sends the last page with signature.  I don't like that, as I am not receiving the client's contact information that they are filling out at the beginning of the contract as well as the session date.  How to I make it so that the whole form is submitted?

Hello Angela,

I checked you form and it appears you have not set the session date to be a mandatory field, this could result in the user not filling it out.

I tested a clone of you form and all other fields contained data in the notification email.

Kindly set the session Date field as required then test you form again.
