Message "Image can not be loaded" in the Cool Caption widget

    Hello!

    The Cool Caption widget in my form displays "Image can not be loaded". I uninstalled the add, I have kept the form, and I reinstalled the widget. The JPG (or PNG) image is not loaded/displayed in Microsoft Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox.

    How I can fix it?

    The reason this is happening is because the image is being loaded of an HTTP URL and the form is on the HTTP URL normally resources on HTTP are forbidden from loading in an HTTPS environment due to security reasons.

    I would suggest uploading the image to your JotForm account and adding the image link to your cool caption.

    You can use this link to upload the image after that copy the URL to your widget and change the HTTP to HTTPS.
