    Hello. Not correctly form in the Android system. Not see the "submit" button, if you click on the area where it should be, the button appears.

    I can replicate this using my Lenovo phone. But I think that is because of the cover logo. It's just a sample so I removed it for you and that fixed the problem. Kindly check again.
