We are using JotForm to collect requests for sample kits. Each kit has varrious colors in it, as seen on the bottom of the image below. When the notifcation email is sent to us for the kits, it comes out like this:
But I want to to be more like this:
It doesn't need to be check boxes, but something that clearly shows that a person has chosen it, instead of just showing the contents of the kit.
Here is one las image, for context. You can see the options in the background.

Unfortunately, there is no way to get graphics in there like that.
I have had a think of possible workarounds but I am unable to provide any.
The output field will contain a list of the items that were checked. There isn't really anyway to get round that.
I guess you could put a link to the completed form on the bottom of the notification email which you could just click to see the completed form as it filled out by the user.
