How can I change my products list so that only a single item can be purchased?

I have a list of 7-8 items with each item a step up from the previous. I want to make it so when an item is selected the previous choice is automatically unchecked. I.E. only a single item can be purchased.

To do it, just open the payment wizard :

Then, in the payment options, instead of select the option Users can select multiple products , you should select Users can choose only one product.

Now, only one product will be selected.
