    My Account already year payment i payed year payment August 5th of 2015  to Economy-yearly. this is your reply letter below 8th of November 2015 Plz varify my account don't disable without contacting me This form is very im portant i attached it payment confirmation letter

    I have verified that you are still being charged for the Economy-monthly subscription after you successfully subscribed to Economy-yearly last August 5. I have requested for the cancellation of the monthly subscription and a refund for the months you are charged for the monthly subscription after being subscribed to yearly. The refund should be completed within 5 to 7 days. Your account will remain subscribed to Economy-yearly.     Hello Kumar

    I've refundeda the latest charge corresponding to the Bronze monthly subscription that for some reason you purchased after the yearly one. This is also canceled.

    Your account is in Economy status so you do not need to purchase another subscription

    Could you please clarify the term limit for 100 submissions under the starter account - is that per month? Per year? It is not specified on the Pricing page. Thanks.

    That is per month. Meaning that every month the counter gets reset.
