Can I upload a PDF in Jotform?

Are you referring to a PDF form? Importing a PDF form is possible. You can do it here: http://www.jotform.com/adobe-formscentral-alternative/. Please select the third option and upload your PDF file.

Please note that the tool will only give you the same fillable PDF format. You cannot have it as an online web form. Basically, just hosting the form in Jotform and storing the form submissions to our servers. If you need to embed the form to your website, you will have to re-create it in the form builder.
