How can I create a form for someone else?

I want to create a form for a friend, if I create it using my account it will use up my basic submission allowance

How can I create a form for someone else. can I export the form and put it in his account when it is done?

Any other ways to get around this. I dont currently  have his email address

If you have any other email address, you can let your friend borrow it for his own account so the form won't use up your account limit. Your friend can change the email address later. This, if the form will be published and start receiving submissions.

If you wish to keep it in your account, we can move it later on. We can move the form and its submissions. Just please let us know.
