how to cancel jot form account / subscription ?

Where on dashboard can I cancel my subscription to jot form ?

When you're logged in to your account go to https://support.jotform.com/myaccount/billing

and select Starter plan (Free) from the plan options available.

Once you've selected that, the window on the image below will show

Then just follow the instruction that comes after.
