Yesterday I received an email saying that my account was downgraded...
Logging in now it indeed seems to have been changed (my remaining amounts of submissions and storage turned red) I am over quota right now.
Can you please check urgently why this happened and fix it? I have a couple of forms currently running that should not go down.
