How to fix a broken link? I upgraded the account but seems to still be at the 10 reply limit

    The form is no longer working now... but I did the upgrade.  How can the link be fixed?

    This is because the custom link you are using is bearing the guest username (https://form.jotform.co/guest_53258005186050/rsvp-to-vip-live-at-the-orchard-). 

    That means when you created that custom URL you are not registered in JotForm. However, I see that you are now registered in JotForm with an account username barpop.

    You will need to recreate the custom URL by following this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/261-How-to-create-a-Custom-URL-of-a-form.

    However, forms bearing the form ID will still work. In your case, this link is still accessible: http://www.jotform.co/form/53257438889877. You can also get the form link and embed codes under the "Publish" wizard.
