I created a long and detailed form yesterday and now it is not showing in my account. It was titled Holiday Events. When I open this form, it shows the title and the cloned portion of the form that I used as a template, but not the actual form that I created. The form that I created had 4 sections with images at the top of each description: Operation Cookie Drop, Baby Sign Language Holiday Class, Gingerbread Houses, and Christmas Story Time. It would have been the last form that I created yesterday around 2pm EST, Can you please help me find it or pull a copy from your server if it hopefully saved it? Thanks.

If you are referring to some other changes made to your JotForm, you can find them in the Form Revision history. Please refer to the following guide that can help you in restoring the form to an earlier version.

    http://www.jotform.com/help/294-How-to-View-Form-Revision-History

Please find the recent version of the form that worked and restore the form. If the form revision history is not showing any changes, unfortunately the form is not saved correctly and the changes are not available to restore. Hope this information helps.
