[SigPlus Widget] Failed to generate output image error on form submission

hi, on my sign pad, with firefox, the pad work correctly... the signature is on the screen but when i click on finish, i have this rror message... please check the screen shot...

For now, you may consider using any of the following signature widgets:

I am having the similar issue. Being able to collect signatures is important to our operation.

the error shows for me when I click "finished" rather than "submit" as this ticket indicates.

We are not able to have users sign with a mouse....they must use a signature pad.

I have the topaz t-s261-hsb-r. It was working a few weeks ago and I have the submission with signatures. Unfortunately it stopped working.

I am being pressured to get this working again.

the other signature widgets do not work for our application.

Also, NPAPI is being phased out. Please develop a widget for the Topaz API

There is unfortunately no update on this ticket as of yet.  We will update this thread as soon as we have any new information.

As for the request for the new widget, if you wouldn't mind creating a new thread outlining specifically what you are looking for, we will be happy to forward it to our developers for consideration.
