    Hello,

I see that the URL forms have changed recently and begin with "https" instead of "http".

Some of our customers were no longer able to see our forms.

Can you tell me more ?

    Why URLs changed?

Can we not be alerted when this happens?

    Example:

    <script type = "text / javascript" src = "https://form.jotformeu.com/jsform/52883339999378"> </ script>

    instead of :

    <script type = "text / javascript" src = "http://form.jotformeu.com/jsform/52883339999378"> </ script>

    Thanks for your answer.

    Regards,

    Gaëlle COCATRE

    Thank you for contacting us.

We have recently changed the links and codes to secure ones on the Publishing page, please see the next article

Announcing our new simplified Publish button. And, embed codes are SSL by default.

It should not affect old forms, all the links (https://form. + https://secure.) and (http://form. + http://www.) should still work properly.

If you need any further assistance on this, please let us know. We will be happy to help.
