Tried FF, Edge and your preview window and none can perform function. Any suggestions?
I can't provide a web site address for this form, I was still working on it, it's still on your server.

I checked your form and the Text Area is set to "read only":
This option disables any text from being entered into the field. Setting this to "No" will allow for text to be entered once again. Here is my test form with the change made:
