I am having trouble adding a user to my account. I have added an email however the email is not being sent... Also I tried it with another email address of mine to test and the email sent but when I click the link it just takes me to jotform home page and there is not link for shared forms.

It seems that you have added two sub-accounts recently. I see that the email notifications with invitation of shared forms is being sent to the email addresses successfully from our end.
Please check and try creating a new account using the same email address so that the shared forms should be displayed in this account. Also, I notice that the other user has created an account with username nannyjoynt2. I've checked this account and the shared forms are now shown on this account.
