How do I work with the formatting of my form?

Hello!

There is a text area that I created columns in with three different areas of text.  When I view the form, the three texts come up uneven horizontally.  I've been trying to figure this out but can't!

Also, there are other multiple areas that have questions and text boxes for the answers.  It would be great if the questions did not stick out of the text box area, if that makes sense!  It looks uneven.

You can fix this by increasing width of your text box fields and text areas. You can to that inside of your Form Designer. Select any of your fields and increase Textbox & Textarea width to 600.

After that your form will look like this.
