How to show headers or text in a PDF format of a submission ?

Also, when I go to print these signed forms (I'm using them as contracts) it print the entire contract/form.  Rather, it prints only where they entered fields and signed.  I really want the text body of the contract to print, as well, since that's the meat of the contract.

You can show the texts or headers of your form in the PDF format, refer to this guide in how to do it :

Now, you will be able to print the full contract, including the images and the texts you added to the form.
