Can people change the photos that they had uploaded?

First of all thank you for such a great service. I was going to see if there is a way to create a two way portal. Essentially we have customers who are sending us photographs that they want edited in several different specifications. Currently I have integrated your forms with our Dropbox. The biggest thing we would like to add is a way for customers to be able to log in and edit their order.... Essentially log into their dropbox portal folders that they submiitted to us. Hopefully my question makes sense. Is this something we can accomplish?

To log into some folder on Dropbox or access the same would require setup from the DropBox side.

You can however allow your users to edit their details on the form, including the files that they want to have submitted.

This would mean that you have the old files and the new files, so they would need to specify which ones they want you to keep and which ones to discard, or you can just open the PDF file that gets updated together with the new edits and see the exact selection at the end.

This is also rather simple to do by including {edit-link} tag where you want the link for editing submission to be shown in email or thank you page and that is it :)

You can see more about this here: How to Let Users Update Their Form Submissions at a Later Date

You can see how to integrate your form to DropBox here: Upload to Dropbox with JotForm

And we are here if you have any questions so just let us know :)
