I Got an Email from You Stating That My Account Was Being Used for Phishing and Now All of My Forms Are Disabled

    From what I can tell, your account was re-enabled by a member of our team (Charlie) after he removed fields from one of your forms which would have caused the problem. Please see your other thread about this issue.

    All of your JotForms appear to be loading fine now.

    Be sure to inform us of any further issues.
